BioBran Plus Vitamin D is a new formula of arabinoxylan compound obtained from rice bran enriched with brewer’s yeast and Vitamin D. What is BioBran?

BioBran (MGN-3) forms a backbone of our new formula. BioBran is a unique nutrition supplement produced from rice bran. It is obtained from rice bran arabinoxylan by using enzymes extracted from shiitake mushrooms to reduce the molecular weight of the arabinoxylan, facilitating absorption into the body. BioBran has a lower molecular weight than naturally occurring arabinoxylan and because of this it can be partially absorbed through the small intestine.


Vitamin D

Vitamin D plays many important roles in organism. It is widely known that it contributes to normal absorption of calcium that is needed for healthy growth of bones and teeth. However, Vitamin D has also other roles in the body, including modulation of cell growth, neuromuscular and immune function and reduction of inflammation.
